What I Do
As a User Experience Writer (UXW), I look at the skeleton of a project and add a vibrant and appealing skin. Each task is a new opportunity to learn and apply fresh ideas. I deliver a strong value to businesses and users by identifying, managing and galvanizing appropriate content. I work closely with the UX and UI teams as well as Researchers, Stakeholders, Product Managers and Engineers. Whether I’m drafting microcopy, producing helpful modals, delivering content design for apps or the web, distilling technical writing, or testing content, my adaptability and collegial approach produce fluent work that transforms products from the inside out.
